Custom development and workflow improvement are assessed after we understand the scope. We do not offer a universal price or promise to implement every request. Existing product prices are listed on the TOOLS website.
Q02How long will it take?+
Timing depends on the required functions and the state of your data and systems. We discuss an approach and schedule after reviewing the details.
Q03Can I ask about a small problem?+
Yes. We welcome enquiries from individuals, sole proprietors, small businesses and companies. We assess whether a request is within our scope.
Q04Can you help improve Excel files or existing software?+
You are welcome to ask. We review the environment, file formats and permitted changes. Third-party rights or technical limitations may prevent some work.
Q05Can I use the daily report product on a phone?+
Standard edition 1.1.0 runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) and supports daily and monthly PDF export and A4 printing. Mobile and tablet operation are not supported in the standard edition.

Information and purposes
The name or company, email address, enquiry category and message you provide are used to respond, make necessary checks and manage enquiry records. Legal-information requests are used to provide that information and related communications. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, access times and requested resources.
Retained personal data and operator information
Under Article 32 of Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the operator’s formal name and address, purposes of use, request procedures, an outline of security measures and complaint contact are made accessible to the individual, including by responding without delay to a request. The MASTERKNAP brand is not a substitute for the operator’s formal identity. Contact info@masterknap.com. This procedure is assessed separately from advertising disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Access, correction, restriction and complaints
Email info@masterknap.com with the procedure requested, the relevant enquiry or information and your reply address. Requests may include notice of purposes, access, correction, addition, deletion, restriction of use, erasure, stopping third-party provision or access to provision records. Identity or representative authority is checked only as necessary for the request. Do not attach identity documents or a personal identification number to your initial email. Any verification method, response method or applicable cost will be explained in advance. Requests are handled under applicable law, with reasons explained where a request is declined or handled differently. Complaints may be sent to the same address.
Retention, security, service providers and third parties
Information is retained only as needed for responses, security and legal obligations, then removed or organised appropriately. Measures include access controls, separation of secrets and protected communications. An outline of security measures is available insofar as disclosure does not compromise security. Necessary service providers are supervised. Personal information is not provided to third parties except with consent or where law permits, including applicable outsourcing exceptions. Overseas processing and foreign third-party provision require checks and disclosures appropriate to the actual providers, storage and contracts.
Language preference, cookies and external sites
Only the language preference is saved in the browser. Enquiry text and email addresses are not stored persistently. There are no advertising cookies, analytics scripts or affiliate tracking links. Separate websites, including TOOLS, have their own privacy policies.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Conditions for disclosure on request
The availability of any omission from advertising is assessed for each website and sales method.
